Non-Payment Questions: Q. What if I find myself behind or cannot pay my dues? A. The Association Board Members realize that unplanned hardships do occur. If you find yourself in this situation, the first thing to do is contact the Association at our Eagle River office 694-6942. Every attempt will be made to develop a workable payment plan for a short duration. Payment plans are subject to Board approval. Q. What happens if I do nothing and don’t pay my dues? A. As a homeowner in Eaglewood, you are aware of the monthly dues requirement. These dues are needed to fund current operations and maintenance costs and to establish needed reserves to finance future replacement, repair, and/or improvements of our streets, lighting, drainage and other common areas as required. In fairness to other Association members who remain current in their dues, the Association diligently pursues delinquent accounts. Non paying members can expect, a lien filed against their property, small claims action resulting in the attachment of their PFD. |
