Association Dues

Association dues are $45.00 per month, which are billed and collected quarterly ($135)

Association members are sent a statement during the last month of each quarter for the next quarter. Quarters start on the first day of January, April, July and October, and the dues are $135 per quarter. Association Members may “opt out” of paper statements and receive their statements via email instead of by mail by contacting Property Management Services INC. (PMSI) 562-2929 to sign-up for this service.

Payment Methods:

  1. By check. Simply return payment coupon with check in the envelope provided with dues statement to Eaglewood Association, P.O. Box 92130, Anchorage, Alaska 99509.
  2. Auto payment from bank account. There is an ACH option where members can sign up for “automatic withdrawal” from their checking or savings accounts. The Association’s bank will automatically receive from your personal bank, the quarterly dues amount of $135. This will occur on the 20th of the first month of each quarter (Jan., April, July, and October). Each quarter you will still receive an account statement for your records. If the automatic withdrawal comes back due to insufficient funds it is treated like a Non-sufficient Funds check subject to a $25 NSF fee. Click here for the ACH Application.
  3. Payment by Credit or Debit Card. For homeowners who wish to make their dues payments using their credit or debit card, call Property Management Service Inc. (PMSI) 562-2929 to apply for this option. There will be $5.00 per transaction convenience fee applied. Click here for the credit card authorization.

Non-Payment Questions:

Q. What if I find myself behind or cannot pay my dues?

A. The Association Board Members realize that unplanned hardships do occur. If you find yourself in this situation, the first thing to do is contact the Association at our Eagle River office 694-6942. Every attempt will be made to develop a workable payment plan for a short duration. Payment plans are subject to Board approval.

Q. What happens if I do nothing and don’t pay my dues?

A. As a homeowner in Eaglewood, you are aware of the monthly dues requirement. These dues are needed to fund current operations and maintenance costs and to establish needed reserves to finance future replacement, repair, and/or improvements of our streets, lighting, drainage and other common areas as required. In fairness to other Association members who remain current in their dues, the Association diligently pursues delinquent accounts. Non paying members can expect, a lien filed against their property, small claims action resulting in the attachment of their PFD.
