Eaglewood Homeowners Association meetings are as follows: The Board of Directors conduct Open Board meetings the second Monday of odd-numbered months, (e.g. January, March, May, July, November), with the exception of September. The meetings begin at 6:30 PM and are held at Joy Lutheran Church (10111 Eagle River Loop Road).

The Annual Homeowners meeting is held the second Monday of September, in lieu of an Open Board meeting. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM and is held at Joy Lutheran Church.

The Design Committee normally meets the last Monday of every month, except when the Monday falls on a holiday, at which time the meeting is usually rescheduled to the prior Monday. The Design Committee meetings begin at 6 pm and are held at Joy Lutheran Church.
